Del Bosque has also handed a debut to Malaga youngster Juanmi as the 2010 World Cup winners make nine changes from the side that beat Ukraine last Friday.
Meanwhile, Oranje boss Guus Hiddink has named a relatively strong lineup, with reported Manchester United target Memphis Depay partnering Klaas-Jan Huntelaar up top.
Wesley Sneijder is also named, while Manchester United man Daley Blind is expected to start in a midfield role for the World Cup semi-finalists.
