Julen Lopetegui has revealed that he is planning on making changes to his starting lineup after Spain's place in the World Cup finals was confirmed.
The 2010 winners are guaranteed to finish above Italy in Group G with one game left to play, coming against Israel at the Teddy Stadium in Jerusalem on Tuesday night.
Lopetegui is without suspended duo David Silva and Gerard Pique for the trip, as well as injured midfielder Thiago Alcantara, and he intends to freshen things up for the concluding game of the campaign.
"There will be changes, we are going to refresh the team," he told reporters. "All the players who are here have the ability of starting. We will try to have the best lineup for the match. Sergio [Busquets] will reach the 100 games. He respects his position a lot and is a unique player."
Spain beat Albania 3-0 in their most recent match, making it seven competitive victories in a row.
