A first-half strike from Darren Lavery has sent Berwick through to the Scottish Cup quarter-finals, after they beat Spartans 1-0 in their fifth-round replay.
The home side dominated the opening half-hour, and they went close through Devon Jacobs and Lee Currie.
They found the breakthrough midway through the first half as Paul Willis's cross was converted by Lavery from the middle of the box.
Berwick continued to create chances after the break as Willis tested the keeper from range and Kerr Young's header flashed past the post.
Spartans failed to register one shot on target as they slumped to defeat.
