Tottenham Hotspur will have to make do without the suspended Eric Dier for the second leg of their Champions League last-16 affair with AC Milan in North London on Wednesday.
The centre-back was cautioned for the third time in Europe this season during Spurs' 1-0 first-leg defeat three weeks ago, where Brahim Diaz's early goal settled the contest.
Dier is joined on the sidelines by the injured quartet of Yves Bissouma, Ryan Sessegnon, Rodrigo Bentancur and Hugo Lloris, the latter's absence ensuring that Fraser Forster's spot in goal remains secure.
Seemingly with Dier's suspension in mind, Tottenham trialled a three-man backline of Cristian Romero, Clement Lenglet and Ben Davies against Wolverhampton Wanderers at the weekend, and no alterations should be made there.
Ivan Perisic is a shoo-in on the left-hand side, but a rejuvenated Emerson Royal will be eyeing a return to the right flank over Pedro Porro, who was one of Spurs' better performers in the loss to Wolves.
Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg's first-leg suspension allowed Pape Sarr and Oliver Skipp to impress on the San Siro soil, but the Dane will make his continental return here, most likely alongside the latter.
None of Dejan Kulusevski, Son Heung-min nor Harry Kane cut the mustard at Molineux, but the trio should keep Richarlison, Lucas Moura and the unfancied Arnaut Danjuma at bay once more.
An alteration will occur on the touchline, though, as Antonio Conte makes his second return from gallbladder surgery to regain control of the reins from Cristian Stellini.
Tottenham Hotspur possible starting lineup: Forster; Romero, Lenglet, Davies; Emerson, Hojbjerg, Skipp, Perisic; Kulusevski, Kane, Son
