Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane has described his 90th-minute winner against Aston Villa as one of his "best moments in a Spurs shirt".
The 21-year-old came off the bench to score the decisive goal with a deflected free kick in the last minute of normal time as Spurs staged a late fightback to beat Villa 2-1 and go eighth in the Premier League.
"It was one of my best moments in a Spurs shirt so far," Kane told Sky Sports News after the game. "To be 1-0 down in an important game we needed to win, to pull it back is a moment I won't forget. It's all smiles in the dressing room now.
"We needed a bit more urgency and needed to make something happen. We needed to make some tackles. One of their players reacted and got sent off and we were able to take advantage."
Kane has now scored nine goals this term in all competitions, but that was his first in the league and he will now be hoping for a first league start this season in next Sunday's home game against Stoke City.
Head coach Mauricio Pochettino has suggested that he may have done enough to line up from the off against the Potters.
