Tottenham Hotspur have announced that winger Andros Townsend has signed a new contract until 2016 at the North London club.
Townsend, who has yet to make a senior league appearance for Spurs, has scored three goals in eight appearances, with the most recent coming in Spurs' 4-0 win at Shamrock Rovers in the Europa League.
A statement on the club's website read: "We are delighted to announce that Andros Townsend has signed a new contract with the club until 2016."
The 20-year-old was recently filmed belting out a rendition of Ben E. King classic 'Stand by Me' in a changing room.
