Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly eyeing a spectacular move for Barcelona teenager Ansu Fati.
The 16-year-old has broken into the Barca first team this season, contributing two goals and one assist in five La Liga outings for Ernesto Valverde's side this term.
Fati has a contract with the Spanish champions until the summer of 2022, while it is understood that Barca also have the option of activating a further two years.
According to reports in Spain, though, there is an £89m release clause in the teenager's contract, which has attracted the attention of a number of clubs across Europe.
Monaco and Paris Saint-Germain are allegedly interested in the attacker, but Tottenham are also said to be in the hunt with the Premier League club looking for a partner for Harry Kane.
Fati, who spent time with Sevilla during his youth career before joining Barca in 2012, was granted Spanish citizenship last week, freeing him to turn out for La Roja despite being born in Guinea-Bissau.
