Stoke City goalkeeper Jack Butland has insisted that he is not concerned about Asmir Begovic's contract situation, despite the number one shot-stopper standing in his way.
Butland has struggled for first-team action since moving to the Britannia in 2013, resulting in numerous loan spells at clubs beneath the Premier League.
Begovic's long-term Stoke future remains unclear as he has just 15 months left on his current contract.
"I'm not thinking about what Asmir does, but what I do," The Sentinel quotes Butland as saying. "I do need games and it's a discussion I've had with the manager. I'm forever knocking on the door and doing everything I can to put pressure on Asmir and the manager."
Butland has had loan spells at Barnsley, Leeds United and Derby County since joining Mark Hughes's Stoke side.
