Stoke City manager Mark Hughes has described his side's performance against Norwich City today as "disappointing".
The Potters went into the contest having not lost at the Britannia Stadium this season, but Jonny Howson's strike before the break was enough for Norwich to return to Norfolk with a 1-0 win.
"We were below par today. This is a Premier League game and we need players to perform and we haven't," Hughes told BBC Sport.
"It's only today that they have let themselves down, it was a disappointing performance and we were poor. We never got any pace or power into our game which is unlike us."
The loss has left Stoke 15th in the Premier League standings.
