Jonathan Walters has urged his Stoke City teammates to use their recent positive record against Aston Villa when the two clubs meet in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.
Just four points separate Villa in 18th spot and Stoke, who are five places higher in 13th.
With so much riding on the contest, Walters has expressed the importance of Stoke extending their unbeaten run against their visitors to seven matches.
"It speaks for itself where we are in the league and what the points mean," the Republic of Ireland international told The Sentinel.
"It is a big game, but we've had good results against Villa down the years and we've got to go in there all guns firing."
Although Stoke have not lost to Villa in six outings, five of those encounters have ended in draws.
