Stoke City goalkeeper Asmir Begovic has revealed that he is keen to stay at the club beyond the end of the season.
The 26-year-old Bosnian has been repeatedly linked with a move away from the Potters in recent months, with Manchester United and Liverpool thought to be among a number of sides monitoring the shot-stopper.
However, Begovic is eager to stay at the Britannia Stadium for the foreseeable future.
"My plan is to be back here [after the World Cup] and be part of the club when we come back for pre-season," he told talkSPORT.
"I like the way that the club is moving forward and the direction it is moving in. I feel comfortable here. I like my teammates, the coaches and everyone, so as far as I am concerned this is where I am going to be.
"It is a business and I understand that side of things, but I am still committed to the club. I have two years left on my contract and this is where I see myself next season."
Begovic arrived at Stoke from Portsmouth in 2010.
