Stoke City boss Mark Hughes has revealed that he is in the market for a player of "top, top quality" as he looks to conclude his summer transfer business.
The Potters have already signed seven new players in the off-season, but Hughes is not quite finished as he attempts to add a star signing to his squad.
"We're still hopeful we can get a player of top, top quality - if we can do that we'll probably be done," he told BBC Sport.
Stoke were strongly linked with a move for Inter Milan's Xherdan Shaqiri, but have now dropped their interest in the Swiss international.
Hughes's team will continue their pre-season preparations against Wrexham on Wednesday.
