Former Manchester United striker Michael Owen is reportedly likely to opt for a move to Stoke City this summer.
The Potters have constantly been in the fray to clinch the forward's signature after the 32-year-old was released from Old Trafford at the end of the season following an injury-ravaged stint.
While Stoke are not believed to be certain of capturing the former Real Madrid striker, it is understood that the Britannia Stadium could be appealing to Owen, who has maintained that he wants to stay in the Premier League, according to Setanta Sports.
Owen claimed earlier this month that he was "close" to joining a new club.
