Stoke City have agreed a fee for Egypt international Ramadan Sobhi, according to reports.
The 19-year-old was a regular in the Al Ahly side which won the Egyptian title last month under former Tottenham Hotspur manager Martin Jol, scoring five goals.
According to ESPN, the Potters will pay around £3.5m for Sobhi, who is said to be keen on playing in the Premier League and was also rumoured to be on the radar of Italian side Roma.
Stoke are likely to loan the attacking midfielder out to a European club upon completing the deal as he has appeared only six times for his country since his debut last June, making him ineligible for a work permit.
The Staffordshire club were also reportedly keen to sign Portugal international Nani from Fenerbahce but the former Manchester United winger completed a move to Valencia on Tuesday.
