Sunderland striker Fabio Borini has predicted a "very tough test" when his side faces Chelsea in the Premier League tonight.
The Black Cats head into the match at the Stadium of Light at the bottom of the table following Crystal Palace's 1-0 win over West Ham United on Tuesday.
Borini, who spent four years at Chelsea between 2007 and 2011, believes that his former club will be difficult opponents when they travel to the North-East.
"We all know what to expect from them; they are a very talented side and they will prove to be a very tough test," he told the club's official website.
"It will be good to play at home on the back of the result at Aston Villa. The fans will be right behind us, as they have been since the opening day.
"You can see how important it is when you look at our recent home record - we've had great results against Newcastle and Manchester City and Southampton in the Capital One Cup. Their support is crucial for us."
Borini is currently on a season-long loan from Liverpool.
