Paolo Di Canio has slammed some of the players at Sunderland as "arrogant" and "ignorant".
The Black Cats boss has lifted the lid on the lack of discipline that he has seen at the club since he joined in March.
"I thought that at Swindon Town ... arrogant, ignorant footballers ... I have to tell you, unfortunately, I found a worse environment in terms of discipline at this club," The Guardian quotes Di Canio as saying.
"This is what I found so we have to change completely. We need to bring in six or seven players who know how to behave and have a professional ethic. Otherwise, for me, it's difficult.
Di Canio recently criticised defender Phil Bardsley after the player was pictured celebrating with a large number of £50 notes in a casino.
