Garry Monk's side are looking comfortable as first-half goals from Ki Sung-yueng and Bafetimbi Gomis have put Swansea City 2-0 up against Hull City at the Liberty Stadium.
After an uninspired opening 15 minutes with no action to speak of at either end, Swansea took the lead through midfielder Ki.
However, the goal was all the work of Jonjo Shelvey, whose powerful low effort from 20 yards was turned into the path of Ki by Allan McGregor, leaving the South Korean international free to tap into an empty net from close range.
Clear-cut chances remained a premium, but Swansea were at least efficient with their opportunities and doubled their lead through Gomis shortly before the break.
There were suspicions of offside, but that could not detract from the quality of the finish as the French striker sent an acrobatic volley beyond McGregor to extend his side's lead.
