Swansea City hold a slender 1-0 lead over York City at half time of their League Cup clash tonight.
The South Wales side took the lead after two minutes as striker Eder's shot was saved, and winger Nathan Dyer converted the rebound from close range.
Dyer nearly returned the favour as he set up Eder six yards out, but his goalbound shot was blocked, before Wayne Routledge almost found the top corner with a bending shot.
York survived the onslaught and almost found an equaliser midway through the half as Vadaine Oliver's header was parried away by the keeper, before James Berrett hit the crossbar.
Up the other end, Swansea went close again as Eder teed up Matt Grimes, whose shot went wide from 12 yards.
Grimes then provided Eder with another chance, but his shot from four yards was saved by Scott Flinders.
