Swansea City midfielder Pablo Hernandez has admitted that he and his teammates are determined to end their season on a high note against Sunderland.
The Swans secured their Premier League status with back-to-back wins over Newcastle United and Aston Villa, but fell to a 1-0 defeat last week to Southampton.
Hernandez told the club's official website: "It's the last game of the season and we want to finish off by winning three more points.
"We also want to make up for last week's result – losing in the last minute to Southampton in the final home match of the season was very disappointing.
"This will be a very tough game though because they are in fantastic form and they have a lot of belief."
Swansea confirmed the appointment of Garry Monk as the club's permanent manager after a three-month spell in temporary charge.
