Swansea City manager Garry Monk has admitted that the club's recent run of form is concerning.
The South Wales outfit have won just one of their last seven Premier League games following their 2-0 defeat at the hands of West Bromwich Albion.
Monk insists that the whole team must take responsibility for their current plight.
"It is my job to make sure complacency doesn't creep in," he told Sky Sports News. "We are in a position to achieve things that we haven't done in the league before.
"We won't get anywhere playing like that, but we need to pick ourselves up."
Swansea are ninth in the table with 34 points from their 25 games.
