Swansea City manager Garry Monk has praised his players for the way that they handled the pressure to see off Leicester City this evening.
The Swans prevailed 2-0 at the Liberty Stadium to end a run of five games without a victory in the Premier League that stretched back to August.
Wilfried Bony's double proved to be enough for the hosts to claim three point which see them move up to sixth in the league table.
"I'm very pleased with the first half, we played very well and moved the ball very well," BBC Spot quotes Monk as saying. "Some of the movements and patterns we've done in training came off. We defended well enough and earned the three points.
"The five games which we haven't won, we played very well and deserved more than what we got. There was a little pressure on us and the players handled it very well."
Swansea now turn their attention to League Cup action, with a trip to face Liverpool at Anfield next up on Tuesday night.
