Swansea City full-back Angel Rangel has admitted that the Welsh outfit have been handed a reality check following their defeat to Norwich City.
The Swans were on the losing side of a thrilling 4-3 result at the Liberty Stadium over the weekend but Rangel believes that it has served as a reminder to the former Championship side of their position in the top flight.
"It's disappointing but it's a slap in the face that makes you realise you are not as good as you think you are," the South Wales Evening Post quotes Rangel as saying.
"We're a humble team. We know we're not a Barcelona or Manchester United. We know we are Swansea. We know what the aim is for us, and that is to survive in this league."
The Swans now sit eighth in the Premier League table.
