Brendan Rodgers will reportedly receive a £1m bonus for keeping Swansea City in the Premier League.
The Welsh club, who are currently 14th in the table, are 10 points off the relegation places.
Swans chiefs now hope to keep the in-demand Irishman at the club with the financial incentive, according to the Daily Mail.
The Irishman is thought to have a £2.5m compensation clause in the new contract that he signed in February.
