Swansea City are reportedly planning to approach former manager Brendan Rodgers should they opt to part ways with Garry Monk.
The current boss is under pressure after guiding the Welsh side to just one victory in their last 11 Premier League games.
The most recent defeat for the Swans came at the weekend when the team were picked off 3-0 by league leaders Leicester City.
According to the South Wales Evening Post, Swansea chairman Huw Jenkins has placed Rodgers, who was sacked by Liverpool in October, at the top of his wishlist.
Rodgers helped Swansea achieve promotion to the top flight during his two-year spell, and despite leaving the Liberty Stadium for Liverpool in 2012, the Irishman has reportedly kept in touch with Jenkins.
The 42-year-old was sacked by Liverpool less than two seasons after he took the club to one point within winning the title.
