Wilfried Bony has hinted that he will sign a contract extension at Swansea City amid reported interest from Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur.
The Ivory Coast hitman found himself the subject of plenty of speculation during the summer after marking his first season in English football with 24 goals.
Bony, 25, stayed with the Welsh club but has struggled to scale the same heights as last year, scoring just once in seven Premier League outings.
"If I wanted to go, I would have done," he told The Mirror. "But there has never been anything other than speculation about the departure in Monaco, Liverpool or Tottenham.
"I'm fine in Swansea. It is even possible that I extend my contract.
"Admittedly, I have been less effective than last season, but I'm not worried. I play in a team that is ranked high, and there is less pressure on the attackers."
Bony has a further three years to run on his Swansea contract.
