Diego Laxalt found the net in the final minute to rescue a point for Genoa as they shared a six-goal thriller with Torino in Serie A on Wednesday evening.
The visitors took the lead in the 26th minute when Laxalt headed in from close range, latching on to Leonardo Pavoletti's nod-on - but their advantage did not last long.
Torino were level two minutes later when Maxi Lopez gained possession into the area and drilled a shot beyond the reach of Mattia Perin in the Genoa goal.
Perin was beaten again in the 34th minute following a corner. Cristian Molinaro's cross eventually found its way to Davide Zappacosta, who go the better of the Genoa keeper with a low strike that hit the bottom corner.
Genoa had the chance to equalise 10 minutes into the second half when Pavoletti shook off his marker and shot on the turn, his effort bobbling inches wide.
The visitors were level in the 67th minute following a swift counter-attack, a move that ended with Pavoletti rifling home Serge Gakpe's through-ball.
The home supporters were practically celebrating victory when Tachtsidis put through his own goal with one minute remaining, but there was a further twist to come.
With the last attack of the game, Laxalt headed Diego Perotti's cross into the net to earn a point for spirited Genoa, who move up to 14th in the table.
