Siena lost to Torino in the Serie A this lunchtime after missing a last-minute penalty.
Torino took an early lead when Matteo Brighi fired in a strike from the centre of the box in the opening five minutes.
Siena found their way in to the match, and scored an equaliser just after the half-hour mark through a Ferreira Reginaldo shot from close range.
A strong finish to the first half saw the home side restore their lead, Rolando Bianchi heading in before Alessio Cerci slotted the ball into the net just before the break.
The visitors fought back in the second half, with Reginaldo missing a chance for his second and Alessandro Rosina forcing a save from Jean Francois Gillet.
Siena's efforts were rewarded with a Michele Paolucci goal in the 75th minute, leading to a tense final 15 minutes for both side.
Siena were awarded a penalty in the 90th minute after Francesco Della Rocca was brought down in the box, but Rosini's spot kick was wide.
The result leaves Siena at the bottom of the Serie A table, while Torina climb to 12th.
