Torino were forced to come from behind to claim a 2-1 victory over newly-promoted Frosinone in their Serie A match this evening.
The hosts took just seven minutes to find the net on their top flight debut, as Luca Paganini's cross was turned in from close range by Danilo Soddimo.
Fabio Quagliarella then saw an effort ruled out for offside and Maxi Lopez put a header wide of the post, as Frosinone took their lead into the break.
However, as the game edged towards the hour mark Quagliarella dragged the visitors back into the match when he arrived to turn home Danilo Avelar's cross.
Torino were in front just five minutes later, as a corner was played short to Daniele Baselli, who drove towards the edge of the box, before crashing a low drive through a host of bodies and into the bottom corner.
Frosinone pushed their opponents hard in the closing stages as they looked for an equaliser, but they were unable to find a second goal as their first match in the top flight ended in defeat.
