Swansea City winger Nathan Dyer has told of his pride at captaining his side to an emphatic 6-2 FA Cup win over Tranmere Rovers.
Garry Monk's side put in an impressive performance away from home to ensure progression into the fourth round, with Dyer also playing up his side's strength in depth following the win.
"It was a pleasure to captain the side today and I wanted to make sure the boys gave everything," said Dyer, according to BBC Sport.
"It was a good win and we showed our strength in depth. Everyone is challenging for places and we all did well today.
"This cup is massive so we want to do well and we want to go as far as we can."
Swansea currently occupy ninth spot in the Premier League table.
