Tranmere Rovers striker Ryan Lowe and Brentford's Uwe Rosler have been announced as November's winners of the League One Player and Manager of the Month.
Lowe stood out for his five goals that included a classy hat-trick in the 5-1 victory over Coventry City.
The third goal of the hat-trick was arguably goal of the month in the division as Lowe collected a poor clearance from the goalkeeper and dipped a volley into the net from close to the touchline.
He was chosen ahead of Preston North End's Joe Garner, Joe Jacobson of Shrewsbury Town and Leyton Orient's David Mooney.
Rosler, meanwhile, led Brentford to four clean sheets out of five in November as they picked up 13 of a possible 15 points, with the one draw coming at pacesetters Wolverhampton Wanderers.
The German boss wins the award ahead of other nominees Mark Cooper, Steve Evans and Simon Grayson of Swindon Town, Rotherham United and Preston North End respectively.
