Udinese left-back Gabriel Silva has bemoaned his side's bad luck in their 2-0 Coppa Italia semi-final defeat to Fiorentina on Tuesday night.
Bianconeri could have scored twice late on to force the game into extra time, but they did not manage it and Silva said that it would have been a different game in the added period.
"We didn't have much luck on our side," FourFourTwo quotes Silva as saying. "We were unlucky not to have scored, and getting that goal would have made a difference.
"I thought we did well, and we have to continue along this line. Obviously it's disappointing not to be in the final, but now we have to concentrate on doing well in the league.
"We need as many points as possible from now until the end of the season, and that won't happen if we feel sorry for ourselves."
Udinese are currently struggling in 14th in Serie A.
