Udinese have ended a two-game losing run in Serie A by earning 1-1 draw with Palermo this afternoon.
The visitors took the lead in the fifth minute when Danilo's header was parried by Stefano Sorrentino and Cyril Thereau followed up to slot the ball home from close range.
Enzo Maresca came close to bringing the home side level, but his free kick from just outside the box went inches over the crossbar.
Palermo threatened again moments later when Edgar Barreto's long-range drive sailed just past the post.
With three minutes of the first half remaining the hosts were awarded a penalty when Emmanuel Agyemang Badu brought down Barreto and Paulo Dybala converted from the spot.
Soon after the break Palermo were given the chance to take the lead after being awarded a second penalty following Guilherme's foul on Dybala.
This time it was Franco Vasquez who stepped up to take the spot kick, but his effort was saved by Orestis Karnezis.
Dybala had the best chance to win the game late on when his header came back off the post, but neither side could find a second goal as the game finished level.
