Vancouver Whitecaps and Portland Timbers have settled for a share of the spoils after an incredible second half at BC Place.
The teams shared three goals in a frantic three-minute period in the second half, and although the visitors will be disappointed to have lost the lead twice, both teams will be frustrated with a point.
The visitors led at half time through Darlington Nagbe, but Camilo Sanvezzo scored the first of his two goals to level matters in the 76th minute.
Will Johnson replied by immediately going down the other end and restoring the Timbers' lead, but Savezzo found the net once again two minutes later to cap a frantic period in the game.
The result does little for either team's cause, as it leaves the Timbers two points off MLS Eastern Conference leaders Real Salt Lake, while the Whitecaps are six points off a playoff spot.
