Watford boss Javi Gracia has indicated that Troy Deeney should be available for Monday's Premier League fixture with Tottenham Hotspur.
Last weekend, Deeney sustained an ankle injury against Crystal Palace and a report had suggested that the forward would remain sidelined for the rest of the campaign.
However, Gracia has revealed that the long-serving Hornets player has made enough progress to come into contention for the clash at Wembley Stadium.
At a press conference, the 47-year-old told reporters: "Troy had a problem in the last game in his ankle. Today has been the first day he has trained with the team and he will be in the best condition I think for the next game."
As it stands, Watford will head into the contest requiring one more win to guarantee safety in the top flight.
