Watford manager Quique Flores has defended his goalkeeper Heurelho Gomes after the Hornets' 2-1 defeat at Leicester City.
Gomes allowed a soft goal from N'Golo Kante before he fouled Jamie Vardy, which led to the England international scoring the resulting penalty, but Flores believes that these things can happen in football.
The Spaniard told BBC Sport: "This is possible, it is football and during the play, he is always focused and he is always concentrating and finally for us, it is an accident.
"We have to accept football sometimes there are accidents and in this case we are not expecting but finally we support and love this player.
"He is always saving well, always good for us, maybe today is not the day but there is no worry, it is possible to happen."
The loss means that Watford remain 11th in the Premier League table.
