West Bromwich Albion manager Steve Clarke has said that his team must pick up from where they left off before the international break.
The Baggies took just one point from their opening three games but a run of four unbeaten - including a 2-1 win over Manchester United - has seen them climb to 12th in the Premier League.
A trip to the Britannia Stadium to face a Stoke City team that have lost their last three games awaits them on Saturday.
"We were on a good run but the fixture schedule is there and you know when the international breaks are coming in," the 50-year-old told reporters.
"Our job is to make sure we don't lose the momentum over the break.
"We'll get the full group together and get ourselves ready and prepared for a difficult game at Stoke and hopefully we can pick up that momentum really quickly."
West Brom take on Liverpool at Anfield a week on Saturday.
