West Bromwich Albion striker Peter Odemwingie has admitted that he lost his temper in today's match at Fulham in which he was sent off.
Odemwingie, who kicked out at Sascha Riether in the match, has also insisted that he will not react like that again in future.
"Now I have time to think about the whole scenario and what really happened," Odemwingie said. "I felt a good kick on my ankle, maybe from the back, and the linesman wasn't far.
"Nobody noticed it and I felt a bit of injustice, so I lost my temper at that moment.
"If I am in a similar situation I will make sure I do not make a repeat of it."
The defeat to Fulham was West Brom's first of the season.
