West Bromwich Albion manager Tony Pulis has admitted that it is crucial that his side pick up more points at home after their 1-0 win over Hull City on Saturday.
Saido Berahino's late goal gave Pulis victory in his first Premier League game as Albion boss, but it was only Albion's third home league win this season.
Pulis told reporters: "It was a hard-fought game, we had the best chances, but it was very important to get off to a good start. Our record at The Hawthornes has not been brilliant so we need to win our home games and pick up points.
"There's nothing better than winning games to improve the confidence. We had a couple of great chances in the first half and kept a clean sheet to move forward."
West Brom have nine day's rest before they resume their campaign against Everton.
