Premier League referee Howard Webb has reportedly apologised to West Bromwich Albion for failing to award them a penalty against Stoke City.
The match official decided against pointing to the penalty spot when Charlie Adam clipped Youssouf Mulumbu's heel during Saturday's goalless draw on Saturday.
After seeing replays of the incident, Webb apologised to Baggies assistant head coach Kevin Keen outside the dressing room following the match, according to the Express & Star.
West Brom are currently 12th in the league table.
