West Bromwich Albion and Watford have each been fined £45,000 by the Football Association.
The Premier League clubs were charged by the governing body earlier this month for failing to control their players when Roberto Pereyra was sent off in the 84th minute of the Baggies' 3-1 victory at The Hawthorns.
In a statement released on Thursday, the FA confirmed that both clubs admitted to the charge, and have been fined as a result.
It read: "The two clubs failed to ensure their players and/or officials conducted themselves in an orderly fashion and/or refrained from provocative behaviour in the 84th minute of their game on December 3, 2016."
The Baggies currently sit seventh in the league table, while Watford are two points behind in 11th.
