West Bromwich Albion have reportedly decided that the Baggies must avoid defeat at Watford in order for Alan Pardew to keep his job at The Hawthorns.
Since arriving at the club in November, Pardew has won just three of his 17 matches in charge and West Brom currently sit seven points adrift of safety in the table.
Earlier this month, it was claimed that the club's hierarchy were against making a second change in the dugout after previously deciding to replace Tony Pulis, but according to The Mirror, their next move will depend on the result of this weekend's game.
Reports claimed that heated conversations took place in the dressing room after the 2-1 defeat to Huddersfield Town, and the incident has allegedly led to Chris Brunt being in line for a recall at Vicarage Road.
Pardew has registered just one win and eight points from his 14 league fixtures in charge.
