Queens Park Rangers manager Harry Redknapp has hinted that he will continue his pursuit of West Bromwich Albion striker Peter Odemwingie.
Rangers made an offer for the Nigerian forward earlier this week, but it was turned down by the Baggies, whose manager Steve Clarke ruled out Odemwingie's departure this January.
The imminent arrival of Loic Remy from Marseille seemed to signal the end of QPR's interest in the 31-year-old, but the Hoops may yet return with an improved bid, according to Sky Sports News.
Redknapp said on Odemwingie: "We made an offer, but it was turned down, you have a right to offer. He's a good player."
Odemwingie has scored four goals in 17 West Brom appearances this season.
