The Western Sydney Wanderers had to settle for a point at Melbourne Victory on Saturday after Finkler Guilherme struck a stoppage-time equaliser for the home side.
Brendon Santalab opened the scoring on 71 minutes, finding the bottom corner of Nathan Coe's net with a left-footed drive from 10 yards.
A win for the Wanderers would have seen them close the gap on A-League leaders Brisbane Roar to two points, but they were unable to hang on, as substitute Guilherme rifled home from 30 yards with a brilliant free kick in the dying seconds.
The Wanderers are now unbeaten in five games.
