Chelsea have reportedly prepared a final £7.5m bid to tempt Wigan Athletic to sell Victor Moses.
The Champions League winners are believed to have had a number of approaches rejected by the Latics this summer but are still keen to bring the winger to Stamford Bridge.
The Daily Mail has reported that Roberto Di Matteo will make one more approach for Moses before the beginning of the new season.
However, Wigan chairman Dave Whelan is expected to want £10m for the 21-year-old, an amount that Chelsea may not bid.
Moses has a year remaining on his deal at the DW Stadium.
