Wolverhampton Wanderers have reportedly identified Juventus midfielder Sami Khedira as a potential summer signing.
Despite having not added a fresh face during the current window, a number of incomings are expected at Molineux before the start of the new season.
AC Milan striker Patrick Cutrone is one name to have been linked with a switch, although it appears that Wolves are also eyeing another player from Serie A.
According to Sky Sport Italia, Juve's director of sport Fabio Paratici met with officials from Wolves on Wednesday to discuss a possible deal for Khedira.
The Germany international - who made just 10 outings in Italy's top flight during the last campaign - does not feature in the plans of new head coach Maurizio Sarri.
While Khedira still has two years left on his contract, Juventus are unlikely to stand in his way should terms be agreed with any interested club.
