Reports have suggested that Ross Brawn will leave his post as team principal at Mercedes.
Speculation about the 59-year-old's future raged in the run-in to the 2013 season, with the team planning a shakeup in management structure.
A decision on his future was expected after the Brazilian Grand Prix as he mulled over whether or not to stay on board for another year to aid the transition.
According to AutoSport, Brawn will step down with immediate effect, and his responsibilities will be divided equally between executive directors Paddy Lowe and Toto Wolff.
The news could be announced later today.
