The players are treated to the offer every year as part of the car manufacturers' deal with the Spanish giants.
According to the Daily Mail, Ballon d'Or favourite Cristiano Ronaldo picked the fastest S8 model, as did teammate Sergio Ramos.
Gareth Bale, James Rodriguez and Javier Hernandez were among the players who opted for the Q7 SUV car.
Prior to picking out their Audi models, the players took part in keepy-uppy challenges and were greeted individually by club president Florentino Perez.
