Sunderland winger Adam Johnson has pleaded not guilty to all child sex charges against him and will stand trial at Durham Crown Court in August.
The 27-year-old has been charged with three offences of alleged sexual activity with a child under 16, and one offence of grooming.
The charges against Johnson, who has a young daughter with long-term girlfriend Stacey Flounders, relate to allegations involving a 15-year-old girl.
The former Manchester City footballer arrived in court this morning to enter a not guilty plea and was told that he will stand trial from Monday, August 24.
