A strong second-half performance helped Hull Kingston Rovers to a 28-18 win over Salford City Reds in the Super League.
The visitors dominated the opening 40 minutes, with tries from Matty Ashurst, Stephen Wild and Wayne Godwin giving Salford an 18-6 lead at the break.
Cory Paterson got the hosts off to a strong start in the second half, scoring his second try of the match inside the opening two minutes.
Further efforts from Craig Hall, Travis Burns and Michael Dobson helped KR to a 10-point lead with less than six minutes left to play.
Salford pushed hard in the final five minutes as they looked to get themselves back in the game, but some strong defending by the hosts ensured that their opponents did not score in the second half.
