Captain Terry Campese has signed a new contract with Super League outfit Hull Kingston Rovers.
The 30-year-old agreed a 12-month deal at Craven Park last December, but his form during the opening few weeks of the season has earned the half-back extended terms.
Now, the Australian has committed himself to the Robins until 2017, with the option of a further 12 months.
"We're only seven games into the season but I think we've shown some good signs that we can do something this year. This club is definitely going places and I'm glad to be a part of it," he told the club's official website.
Hull KR are currently eighth, having won three of their seven matches this term.
